Do you accept cash?
No. Pantheon Arcade is strictly contactless payment only. All machines accept tap payments via contactless cards, phones or smartwatches. Chip-and-pin and inserted cards aren't supported.
Can I bring food or drinks into the arcade?
No. For safety and cleanliness, food and drinks aren't allowed in the arcade area.
How do I report an issue?
There will be stickers with a QR code situated throughout the arcade and on all of the machines. Please scan it to message us instantly if something isn't working properly.
Where are you situated in Newport Market?
We're on the ground floor, in the former Whocult unit before they relocated. From the high street entrance, we're at the back left hand side. From the bus station entrance, we are immediately on your right hand side.
Is the arcade staffed?
Pantheon Arcade operates unmanned but is monitored at all times. There is comprehensive 24/7 CCTV recorded coverage in place at all times. If you have any issues, please scan the QR code that can be found on any machine.
